Benita Sharma is a Founder & CEO of DigiNova, guiding the company in its mission to empower organizations with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. With a vision to create a world where businesses innovate fearlessly, Benita leverages her 21+ years of expertise in AI/ML, digital transformation, and program management to drive DigiNova’s commitment to robust, AI-driven defenses, seamless implementation, and sustainable growth in a hyper-connected digital landscape.
Benita’s distinguished career includes senior roles at UBS and Credit Suisse global investments banks, where she led transformative initiatives such as agentic AI for HR, digital transformation for global risk data management. Her work with multidisciplinary, global teams honed her ability to deliver secure, compliant, and innovative solutions under complex conditions. Previously, at HP and Wipro, she spearheaded the setup of robotics process automation COE, and leading account delivery, collaborating with C-suite executives to align technology with business objectives.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, and Exponential Organizations (ExO) expert, Benita holds a Master’s in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a B.Com from Panjab University.
Her commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in her role as Co-chair of India’s D&I GetAbility Network and her volunteer work with Rotary International and Women’s World Banking.

His distinguished track record is built on founding and scaling businesses from the ground up. Having worked with many industries, he possesses a keen ability to understand diverse business challenges, allowing him to architect highly customized, innovative, and profitable digital strategies for his clients.

He has contributed in various leadership capacities within prestigious organizations such as the Chamber of Chandigarh Industries, Rashtriya Suraksha Jagran Manch, and Lions International, helping to guide their initiatives and community impact.
